The cost for a Putt for Cash contest depends upon the prize offered. Securing tournament sponsors to underwrite the cost of this contest allows you to raise even more money for your charity.

Every Putt for Cash contest will include a guaranteed closest to the pin prize of a certificate for a 3 day/2 night hotel stay.

How the Contest Works

One golfer at your event will take a 50 or 60 foot Putt for Cash. How you select this golfer is up to you.  Tournament directors often designate a par 3 hole as the qualifying hole and state that any golfer who lands on the green (or the 4-6 closest to the pin) has qualified for the putt off. An elimination round is then held immediately after the tournament. The finalist takes the final putt for the $5,000 to $25,000 grand prize! In the event that you finalist does not sink the putt you can offer a consolation prize of a 3 day/2 night getaway provided by Tournament Headquarters!
